Home Improvement Star Helps Water Heater Giant Kick Off Trade Show
Ashland City (Wednesday, 06 December 2006)
A. O. Smith Water Heaters welcomed hundreds of guests to Chicago’s 2006 ISH Trade show at an event at the Palmer House Hilton tagged as Hot Water Time. The event was A. O. Smith’s chance to meet with show attendees and talk about new products on the market. Guests enjoyed great food and were greeted by Home Improvement star Richard Karn. Karn posed for photos with the guests, signed autographs and mingled throughout the crowd.
Karn is best known for his role as “Al Borland” on ABC’s hit TV show Home Improvement. “Al” served as the trusty sidekick to Tim Taylor (Tim Allen) on the show within the show, Tool Time. Karn was with the show for its entire eight-season run, and Home Improvement is now in syndication on several networks.
