Ordering: Please have complete part number(s) and description(s) available when ordering. We also suggest you have the model, series and serial number of the model available when calling.
NOTE: Minimum parts order amount is $50.00 (list).
Freight Allowance: Freight shipments will be made collect, unless otherwise specified. UPS shipments will be prepaid and the cost included in the invoice. Freight will be allowed and prepaid on single destination parts order over $1,500.00, suggested list, (excluding UN-LIME) within the continental United States. Air freight charges not included. Returns: Return of A. O. Smith replacement parts requires prior approval. Parts must be less than one year old and be returned freight prepaid. All returned parts should be returned in SALEABLE condition and all kits should be returned in their ENTIRETY with components. Acceptance is subject to our inspection and a 20% restocking charge.
Cancellations: Cancellations made after product has shipped may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
