Product Description

The ProLine® Direct Vent Mobile Home gas water heater is convertible for propane and natural gas and is designed and to meet a wide range of needs of Manufactured Housing installations.

Featuring a 30-gallon (nominal) tank and a 30,000 BTU gas burner, the FMDV-30 Direct Vent delivers a first hour rating of 61 gallons and a recovery rate of 31 gallons per hour. With an 0.59 Uniform Energy Factor, this water heater is not ENERGY STAR® qualified. It carries a 6-year limited tank warranty, and meets Low NOx emission requirements.
