A product from leading water heater manufacturer, A. O. Smith (www.hotwater.com) provided a Nashville “home in the sky” with hot water on demand through the installation of a brand new A.O. Smith water heater in a recent episode of Animal Planet’s Treehouse Masters.
The episode, “Country Superstar Speakeasy,” originally aired on Aug. 15 and featured the construction of a tree top oasis for Brian Kelley, one half of superstar music duo Florida Georgia Line. Tree master Pete Nelson wanted Kelley’s souped-up treehouse to have hot water whenever it was needed and sought the expertise of A. O. Smith to make that happen.
“A lot of us at A. O. Smith really enjoy watching Treehouse Masters,” said David Chisolm, vice president of marketing. “So when we were approached about participating on this episode, we knew from seeing the show that it would be a great opportunity to showcase how A. O. Smith’s diverse, innovative water heaters can tackle any challenge. Plus,it allowed us to get involved in even more things going on in and around Nashville. It was a fun experience, and we’re definitely looking forward to working with them again.”
The A. O. Smith ProMax® Point-of-Use electric water heater, installed in the treehouse’s kitchenette, is designed for easy installation and is made specifically for areas where there is low demand for hot water. With a 2.5-gallon tank and one element delivering 1500 kilowatts, the ProMax fits easily in the tree top creation.
Treehouse Masters has viewers climbing to a majestic world up in the tree tops with visionary Pete Nelson, who designs private escapes for those with a passion to reconnect with nature and awaken their inner child.
